The six blue power LED's that are incorporated in this system give a monochromatic blue light that functions as a trapping light. Integration the trapping light means that it is no longer necessary to install two separate fittings. This gives considerable savings in time and installation costs. The application of LED technology means that the light is energy efficient and so can rightly be called a sustainable innovation. The sustainable nature of the AgriLED® ensures that this light achieves a good score under the Criteria for Sustainable Livestock Farming that stimulates sustainable innovations in the livestock industry.
The LED's can be dimmed so that the light level, which is already limited by LED technology, can be reduced even further as desired. This means that the level can be further adjusted as you see fit in different situations, such as putting out or catching poultry. This is an extra feature that enables you to preserve the animal's peace and so limit losses.
