The ALFLUO fitting is a dustproof and waterproof fitting for fluorescent tubes. The fitting is made from top quality materials: ABS housing, PMMA hood, cable glands and stainless steel clips and suspension brackets. The ALFLUO is available in 1 x 18 Watt, 1 x 36 Watt and 2 x 58 Watt versions. The 18 and 36 Watt versions of the ALFLUO use an electronic high frequency ballast, which makes it possible to dim the light from 100% to 100% to 1%.
The ALFLUO Basic is very easy to install because of the wide range of mounting options. The light can either be mounted individually or in a series and can also be suspended using eyes or mounted directly onto a stable surface. The different mounting options offer exceptional flexibility.
Since 1 January 2004, the dimmable versions of this Agrilight light come under the Energy Investment Deduction (EIA) regulation. According to the 210501 regulation, when the existing lights are replaced with an Agrilight ALFLUO fitting, 44% of the investment can be deducted from taxable income.
