Agrilight doesn't just offer you high quality lighting, we also attach a lot of importance to a decent guarantee and good service before, during and after installation. Lighting for livestock buildings is part of a company's electrical installation and, if only for that reason, the installation has to be checked regularly. In addition to the lamps there are a number of other components that require maintenance in order to ensure reliability but certainly also to ensure optimum use of the lighting installation.
Please contact our Service and After Sales department if you have any complaints concerning installations or defects. This department will do its best to be of service to you quickly and expertly. Defective components should be sent to Agrilight where they will then be comprehensively examined and tested. A suitable solution will then be looked for. The Service and After Sales department also deals with technical questions about installations.
This department also has a notification function with complaints and defects being noted, dealt with and then filed. If there are more complaints received concerning a certain product or component or if a specific component is often defective then this will be analysed. This could make altering the product necessary. This is done in cooperation with the R&D department.
